What is the minimum order quantity?
The minimum order quantity varies by product: standard valves start at 20–50 pieces, fittings and connectors start at 100 pieces, and pipes start at 100 meters. Specifications can be mixed within the same order, as long as each specification meets the corresponding minimum order quantity.
Can I request samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes. Samples from regular stock are usually free, and you only need to bear the courier cost; for customized or large-specification products, a sample fee is charged at the catalog price and deducted from the first bulk order.
What are the payment terms?
The standard is T/T, 30% deposit, with the remaining 70% paid before shipment. For orders above USD 30,000, a sight irrevocable letter of credit is acceptable. Sample orders can be paid via PayPal or Western Union.
Which trade terms are supported?
We can quote EXW, FOB (Ningbo or Shanghai), CFR, CIF and DDP, support sea freight, air freight and international express, and can also cooperate with your designated freight forwarder.
What is the production lead time?
10–20 days for stock products, 25–35 days for machined valves, and 35–50 days for engineered customizations or assemblies with actuators. The delivery date will be specified in each order confirmation.
Do you provide OEM and private label services?
Yes. Custom LOGO, laser marking, exclusive packaging and processing according to drawings are all standard services.
What certificates are provided?
ISO 9001:2015, CE marking under the Pressure Equipment Directive 2014/68/EU, API 6D for some product lines, and EN 10204 3.1 material certificates accompanying each batch; third-party inspection by SGS, BV or TÜV can be arranged.
What is the warranty period?
All products come with an 18-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of shipment. Defective goods will be replaced free of charge or deducted from the next order.
