(VGRID Power) organized all employees on a two-day, one-night team building trip to Qingyuan, Guangdong, under the theme "Full Charge Departure · Riding the Waves in Qingyuan." Away from their busy posts, everyone stepped into the mountains and waters, releasing stress and deepening connections in nature, and returning with renewed energy
To strengthen team cohesion and enrich employees' cultural life, from August 28 to 29, 2026, Shenzhen VGID POWER Technology Co., Ltd. (VGRID Power) organized all employees on a two-day, one-night trip to Qingyuan, Guangdong, under the theme"Full Charge Departure · Riding the Waves in Qingyuan". Away from their busy posts, everyone stepped into the mountains and waters, releasing stress and deepening connections in nature, and returning with renewed energy to meet the challenges ahead.
Challenging Ourselves, Energizing Our Youth
On the first day, the team headed to Gulong Gorge Scenic Area, where employees could choose between two activities: rafting or the Yuntian Glass Bridge.
The rafting group rode rubber boats through the 6.1 km gorge waterway, cutting through the waves and experiencing the thrills of a "water roller coaster" across a 378 m drop; the Yuntian Glass Bridge group stepped onto the suspended glass platform and glass bridge, looking down at the magnificent gorge scenery from a height of over a hundred meters, challenging themselves and pushing their limits. Each activity had its own appeal, and everyone released stress amid screams and laughter, fully enjoying the coolness and vitality of summer.

As night fell, the event moved into a warm and lively segment: a barbecue and bonfire party. Around the blazing bonfire, everyone sat together, with the aroma of grilled food in the air and songs drifting along, while interactive games pushed the atmosphere to a climax. Employees set aside the rigor and busyness of work, showing a relaxed and lively side, and the distance between them quietly narrowed amid laughter and conversation.
Among Mountains and Waters, Building Strength
The next day, the team headed to Bijia Mountain Ecological Tourism Area. Cascading waterfalls plunge down amid drifting mist, and plank paths wind through the forested hills. Everyone strolled along, taking in the fresh and magnificent scenery of nature, relaxing body and mind and exchanging thoughts among the mountains and waters.

The afternoon cruise on the Beijiang River was equally memorable. Sailing along the river, with green mountains on both banks like a painting and the river breeze on their faces, everyone felt refreshed and relaxed. Colleagues either leaned on the railings gazing into the distance or sat together chatting freely, deepening understanding and friendship in the leisurely hours.
Uniting Strength, Moving Toward the Future Together
The two-day, one-night team building trip concluded successfully amid laughter and joy. It was not only a journey to relax body and mind, but also a spiritual recharge that brought the team's strength together.
