Job Responsibilities

  • Procurement and lead time management of key materials (IGBT, battery cells, magnetic components)
  • Supplier development, evaluation, and performance management
  • Collaborate with production and sales to formulate and adjust production plans

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in supply chain, logistics, or an engineering discipline
  • Familiar with ERP and procurement processes, with cost awareness
  • Detail-oriented, able to work under pressure, and possessing strong coordination skills
